Here is a rare newspaper dated April 2, 1864, Vol. 1, No. 5.  It was printed and published at the U.S. Army General Hospital each week.  Our copy is in very good condition with aging and weakness at the folds.  We have seen a number of these over the years and this one is by far in the best condition.  It would be a great addition for either a Civil War Hospital or Civil War Newspaper display.  The paper measures 10 ½ x 14 ½ inches.
