Here is an eye-catching image!  A beautiful half-plate of a young Civil War boy probably either Cavalry or Artillery with his tinted red shirt standing beside a beautifully tinted United States flag.  Sharpness and clarity are excellent.  The thermal plastic case is fine with only a few minor chips.  There is one repaired crack (close-up pictured below) by one of the hinges as is very often in these types of heavy cases.   This hard image could be the center piece of your collection!
