A certificate of appreciation awarded to a lady who worked on the Manhattan Project, developing the Atomic Bomb.  The presentation was made August 6, 1945.  Signed in printed signature by Henry L. Stevenson, Secretary of War.  Document has one fold through the lower right portion and minor aging.  This is the only example of a Manhattan Project certificate that we have ever had (or seen) in the past 20 years!
