Volunteers affectionately called the “Frog Rangers.” Here is the amazing story of Jack Skelly:
In the letter that we are offering written from Camp Buehler in Lutherville, Maryland on April 25, 1862,
Skelly writes his mother. A nice letter and only the second example we have seen in the past 30 years!
