Magnificent Pennsylvania Volunteers Medal Showing the Battles they were in with “Gettysburg July 3, 1863” on the Front
The reverse of this 1 ½ inch medal shows the Pennsylvania battle flags and lists another 10 battles. The medal was minted in copper and is in mint-state condition with a glorious luster. In the past 50 years we have had one other example of this “so-called dollar” but it was nowhere near the condition of this example. A true museum piece for the Pennsylvania or Gettysburg collector.
