A nice standing view of Brig. Gen. John Buford, famous Cavalry leader on the first day at Gettysburg.  Image is by Brady, New York and is so marked on the front bottom and reverse.  The image is of excellent clarity and overall is in very good condition with minor soiling.  This is by far Buford’s best pose and most desirable pose and is very scarce!  This CDV would go well with the nice Buford endorsement that is also located in our Bloody Gettysburg category.
