The Iron Brigade Ribbon embroidered to commemorate the exploits of the famous 2^nd Wisconsin, 19^th Indiana, 6^th Wisconsin, 24^th Michigan and 7^th Wisconsin is one of the most beautiful ribbons of this type.  This ribbon is framed in a period gold gilt frame and appears to be in excellent condition.  We have seen only two other such ribbons in the past 20 years and neither approached the condition of this ribbon.  The colors are vibrant and the silk has no apparent tears.  For the Iron Brigade collector this piece will be a key to build a display around.  (T.
