A sixth-plate tintype of the armed image that ever collector dreams about: a Cavalry trooper holding a Spencer Carbine- turned so that you can see what it is!  And this image does not have just one Spencer, but two!  The tin is quite sharp and each trooper is triple armed!  Not only are they holding their Spencers, they are also holding their M1860 Cav. Sabers and have Colt Armies in their belts!  The tin has several small creases and emulsion ripples, but overall, as you can tell from our photos below, this image is a killer!  In the past forty years, we have not seen another double Spencer image come up for sale!
