Interesting side profile view of General George B. McClellan - the North’s “Young Napoleon” and leader of the ARMY OF THE POTOMAC.  His men loved him.  Lincoln did not.  Signed on the front, “Geo. B. McClellan, Maj. Gnl. USA.”  On the reverse, “For Miss Ward with the respects of Geo. B. McClellan.”  Photographer is by Black of Boston.  Excellent condition with one strip of toning on bottom reverse.  A magnificent McClellan!
