This photo was taken by “Crosby, Photographer, 13^th Regiment Mass. Vol’rs.”  Leonard is standing wearing his overcoat and holding his kepi.  All of Crosby’s photos have a great look about them and this one is no exception!  At the battle of Gettysburg, Leonard was wounded on the first day leading the 13^th Mass.  Condition is very fine with only minor staining.
