Document from the Major of the Confederate Choctaw & Chickasaw Regiment of Mounted Rifles!
Rarely do we find any documents related to Confederate Indians. Blue & Gray magazine on the subject and a copy is included. The Indian territory was west Arkansas and north of Texas. Buck Creek was a subsidiary of the Kimishi River. This is now in the state of Oklahoma.

Our document is a 3 ½ x 8 inch receipt for 24 bed quilts to be used for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Regiment Mounted Rifles CSA. It has a nice autograph of Major Le Flore.

Probably your only chance to get a great Confederate Indian piece!
