The front cover on this sheet music is great!  It shows 7 soldiers of a black regiment shooting at their old “Massa” who was a “Kernel” in “De Rebel Army.”  The sheet music was published by “Root & Cady in Chicago in 1863.”  The sheet music makes for a wonderful display.  There are a number of edge tears repaired with archival tape… but not distracting at all from the display-ability.  The words in the sheet music are really interesting!
