One of the rarest Congressmen to find is John Bullock Clark, Sr. who was the Confederate Congressman from the state of Missouri.  This autograph “Respectfully, John B. Clark”, written in nice dark ink is mounted on a sheet from the Confederate Treasury.  It was collected during the war probably by someone who worked in the Confederate Treasury.  The autograph is on cream colored paper and is mounted on blue-grey paper from the Treasury department.  A nice example!
