COMMEMORATING THE 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CIVIL WAR WITH

THE FINEST ORIGINAL SOLDIER'S LETTERS AND ARTIFACTS
Two Stereoview of Fort Sumter - Early Yellow Mounts Showing Shelling Devastation

The first stereoview is published by S. T. Souder, 263 King Street, Charleston, S.C.  It shows the “South Angle of Fort Sumter”.  There is a nice description by Souder describing the scene on the reverse.

The next stereoview doesn’t have a publisher but has nice “period” writing on the back:

Fort Sumter, Charleston Harbour, front towards Fort Moultrie,
view from beneath temporary light house tower
.”

Both stereo’s are in fine condition and have strong contrast.
